CrossFit Tower Pisa is a certified CrossFit box in Pisa, where CrossFitters can find a perfectly equipped environment, certified coaches and efficient programmes that will lead you to real results in 1 hour only.

Our programme is based on CrossFit sessions, to which are added the so-called “Specialties” (i.e. Endurance, Powerlifting, Weightlifting, Mobility and Gymnastics classes), focusing on specific aspects, such as weightlifting or endurance.

Our programmes are developed to fully train all muscle groups, to gradually improve very specific skills such as coordination, agility and speed. The workouts are scalable, based on the level of each CrossFitter, and each class is always supervised by a CrossFit certified coach.

We ask you to step into the Box with the desire to improve yourself and avoid competing with others. You should have a clear mind-set, focusing on the technique of each exercise and always supporting your peers. In the Box we train together.

[CROSSFIT] ORIGIN

CrossFit is a training programme designed by Greg Glassman and Lauren Jenai in 2000. It consists of a structured mix of exercises aimed at training all the muscle groups to obtain a complete and balanced physical condition. The basic philosophy of CrossFit is that of “maximum effort at maximum intensity” in order to perform at the best on all metabolic systems. CrossFit, unlike traditional training, in addition to fun and fitness, stimulates a personal competition aimed at the constant improvement of oneself.
