THE CORE OF OUR CLASSES
A workout made of repeated high intensity movements, constantly varied, in which you are not going to use any machines but only specific muscle groups and equipment, ranging from barbells to large tyres. During a CrossFit workout, all the muscle groups are involved and the body always receives new stimuli, the cardio-vascular and respiratory systems are engaged, and so is the elasticity and mobility of the joints. It is this approach, which involves the body in all of its components, that makes CrossFit “the sport of fitness” and allows you to see results faster than any other workout.

It is a group training, in which each team has the objective of completing the Workout, which is the same for all. The basic concept of this type of training is defining the most efficient strategy that allows the best use of the abilities and strengths of each individual component of the team.
Endurance is a CrossFit specialty aimed at controlling cardiac endurance and improving tissue oxygenation. This class will allow you to increase your muscle power, speed and endurance and its benefits will be visible, not only during training, but also in your everyday life.
Weightlifting is a training that develops muscle power and explosiveness, which is the relationship between the movement and the time needed to perform it. Furthermore, it increases your awareness of weight in space, improving coordination and neuro-muscular proprioception.
Powerlifting is a CrossFit specialty consisting in lifting the maximum weight possible. This workout is aimed at improving maximum strength, endurance and explosiveness. This discipline is essential for managing loads during workouts and will prove to be very useful, even in your everyday life.
An efficient class to improve joint mobility and range. This specific training is also key to all other workouts as it increases the strength, mobility and elasticity of your joints.
Gymnastics is the foundation of every workout. Pulling and moving your body weight are at the basis of any workout. This class allows you to learn how to manage your body in space, increasing your muscle tone and elasticity.
